If you can visit our repair centre in Chester, Cheshire you are welcome to use our Walk in Repair Service. typically most phone repairs will take around 1 hour, iPad repairs take 2-3 hours and PC and Laptop repair will take 24 hours subject to parts availability .

Send in for repair / Nationwide Mail-in Repair Service 

  1. Order your repair online. Once your have proceeded through the checkout and made payment you will be automatically sent an order confirmation by email.

  2. This will contain your unique 5 digit Order number. Please print this out and include with your device in a box or padded envelope making sure it is properly protected.

  3. Remove your sim card and memory card from the phone, please include the battery and remove any passcode that might be present. This is to allow testing of the device after repair. If for some reason you prefer not to remove passcode then we will test as much as possible but cannot be held responsible for full functional testing.

  4. We recommend that you use Royal Mail’s Next Day Special Delivery service which is insured up to £500 and is fully trackable.

  5. Send it to: Cheshire Repair Centre, 99 / Brook Street, Chester, Cheshire, CH1 3DX

  6. Once we receive the device we will start by inspecting the device, if the fault is as you described on the quote system (i.e if you selected a broken screen and this was correct), we'll repair and return your device as quickly as possible and keep you notified by email or text. 

    Should your device require additional repair work than originally quoted for or that you have selected the wrong repair, we will contact you first to get your permission and agree on a revised total price. We'll then repair and return your device as quickly as possible and keep you notified by email or text.

    Most devices are repaired within 2-3 hours when the part is in stock. If the device is mailed in, it can take 24 hours for it to be repaired and mailed out. You can contact our customer service team directly, and they can advise you of the current turnaround time specific to your device and repair requirements.

    If you decide not to go ahead, the phone will be returned and only the diagnostic fee & postage will be charged, another option is that we can dispose of the phone for no charge. 

  7. Once repair and testing is complete we will return your device to you either by Parcel Force or Royal Mail Special Delivery on a next day service depending on your location. You will receive a dispatch SMS or email with your tracking number so you will be able to track the return of your device.
